StudioNow, a Web-based community of freelance video and movie editors available 24/7 to share their filmmaking expertise and editing services with users, announced the launch of its Web site.

The StudioNow Editor Network includes a range of expert editors, from film-school students to network TV and Hollywood feature film professionals. Editors can sign-up to feature their editing talents and are assigned projects matching their skill level through the StudioNow website.

David Mason, one of the company's co-founders, says, "Today, people are too busy to spend their time editing vacation footage or their kid's soccer game. Now, someone else with great skills and experience can do it for them."

A beta version of the StudioNow service is currently available.
